Why we exist
Employer branding outran employer reality.
Danish companies invest heavily in telling people what it's like to work there, while employees experience something different. Happier closes that gap with an independent evaluation and practical help to improve what it finds.
Happier operates two distinct offerings, deliberately separated. Certification is independent and evaluative. Services are advisory and practical. Companies can use either, or both in sequence, but certification never depends on the consulting relationship.
Our team combines organisational psychology, HR leadership and consulting experience from Danish and Nordic companies across manufacturing, healthcare, technology and the public sector.
